Shipping and return policy
Custom orders can take between 4-10 days so please allow enough time when ordering your product.
Currently only shipping to New Zealand and Australia.
We do not ship to PO Boxes - please provide a physical address.
Cancellations within 24 hours of sale will be accepted upon approval as long as the order has not been shipped. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all approved cancellations.
All sales are final once they have been shipped as items are handmade and mostly custom made - We cannot offer refunds based purely on you changing your mind so please shop carefully.
All orders are sent tracked via NZ Post.
If an order is not received, a claim will be raised on your behalf and the freight company will contact you for verification. Claims can take up to 6 weeks to process. We ensure all packages are sent with protective precautions to prevent damage via transit.
